Is your jewelry or your opal not quite what you expected? We accept returns on ready-stock items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email contact@opalemio.com with your order number and why you’d like to return it. 

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. It must also be in the original packaging. We don't accept returns on custom made jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

How long will the refund take?

Refunds are completed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return and from the quality control on the returned products.

How do I know if OpaleMio receives the products I return?
